December 8, 2023. Take a horse drawn carriage ride downtown with all of the Christmas lights and music in the background. Take advantage of after hours local shopping just in time to mark that gift off of your list. Bring the kids to visit and dance with Water Valley’s favorite Holiday mascot, Frosty the Snowman! Following the parade, children of all ages will be able to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
